Beltico Group is involved in long-term and ongoing resort management, as well as hotel, holiday and golf management, in Portugal and Brazil.

In Portugal the Group owns all the companies that provide comprehensive management services for the whole Praia D’El Rey estate. These include the construction management of the resort's building programme, managing property rentals on behalf of owners, and the general maintenance of the estate, which also encompasses cleaning and security.

The Group also maintains and manages all recreational facilities such as pools, gardens, tennis, football and golf.
