Praia D'El Rey Brasil

The Beltico Group holds a large land bank in NE Brazil near Pipa for which detailed resort master plans are currently being developed.

Among current projects is Praia do Amor, an exceptional beachfront site located in the famous beach town of Pipa. This will comprise traditional Brazilian and Indian architecture with spa and pool facilities and the first phase will consist of a limited number of luxury villas with stunning views of the ocean and surrounding area.

This project further enhances the Beltico Group’s continuing activities in this fast growing area of North East Brazil.
