London & Lisbon

Incorporated in 1999 as part of the Beltico Group, London & Lisbon Properties focuses on property development and investment throughout the UK, but with particular regard to the South, South East and West of England.

The company has concentrated on commercial development and mixed use opportunities, bringing together the expertise of the two main shareholders. These companies have previously been involved in shopping centre, office and leisure development both in the UK and overseas in locations such as Portugal and Eastern Europe.

Qube Homes

Set up in 2003 as a specialist residential development company, Qube Homes concentrates solely on residential sites and house building. London & Lisbon is the company’s main shareholder.

Qube Homes is concentrating on locations in the South and South West of the UK and has completed sites in Twyford, Crowthorne, Basingstoke, Bath, Maidenhead and Rochester.

All these properties have now been sold or let. The company currently has a large land bank under option awaiting planning and is actively pursuing a number of further development opportunities.
