Intro

The Beltico Group was originally incorporated in 1964 and has been involved in property development since the early 1980s.

The Group’s core business is property development and investment throughout Portugal, the UK and Brazil.

Beltico Group is the developer and owner of the magnificent Praia D’El Rey Golf & Beach Resort, a E500m, 230-hectare site close to the historic town of Óbidos on Portugal’s famous Silver Coast.

The Group also owns condominium hotels in NE Brazil, around the internationally renowned beach town of Pipa, and has several resort projects under development in the same area.

Through its UK subsidiary London & Lisbon Properties, the Group is currently developing Westgate in Aldershot, Hampshire, a £130m retail and leisure complex.

Under Qube Homes, Beltico’s UK residential arm, it has in excess of £20m-worth of properties under development and a further £30m-worth of potential development under option.
