Beltico group

The Beltico Group was originally incorporated in 1964 and has been involved in property development since the early 1980s. The Group’s core business is property development and investment throughout Portugal, the UK and Brazil.

Beltico Group is the developer and owner of the magnificent Praia D'El Rey Golf and Beach Resort, a 230 hectare site close to the historic town of Óbidos on Portugal's famous Silver Coast, a £500m development. Praia D'EL Rey has been awarded IAGTO's European Golf Resort of the Year 2007.

The Marriott Hotel at Praia D’El Rey was built and is now run by Hotel da Praia S.A., which is part of the Beltico Group. The Group also owns the golf
course, tennis centre, football pitch,

clubhouse restaurant and all onsite facilities within the resort. Beltico Group through its UK company London & Lisbon Properties is currently developing Westgate a £130m retail and leisure complex. Under Qube Homes, its residential arm, it has in excess of £20m under development and a further £30m of potential development under option.
